Usually your vessel is berthed in Warnemünde. The city centre of Rostock you’ll find approximately 10 km south of Warnemünde. Nevertheless, there’s no need to pick a cab in order to get around. Public transport in Rostock is fast and reliable.
It’s only a short stroll from your vessel to Warnemünde station. Take S-Bahn to get to city centre, The red trains leave every 15 minutes, more often during peak hours. Trains are marked as S1 (to Rostock Hbf) or as S2 and S3 (to Güstrow via Rostock Hbf).

Leave train at Rostock Holbeinplatz and change to tram lines 1 (to Hafenallee), 2 (to Kurt-Schumacher-Ring) or 5 (to Südblick).
Tot get to the city centre, leave
- tram 1 and tram 5 at stops Kröpeliner Tor, Lange Straße or Neuer Markt
- tram 2 at stop Schröderplatz.
